Next Meeting:  Thursday, October 17th at 6:00 pm at the Macon County Library, Franklin, NC.  The Junior Rockhounds will host our guests (seating and programs) at the Toxic Rocks presentation and display their eggcrate collections at their table.

Upcoming Field Trip:  Monday, November 4th we will have a field trip to Buck Creek/Chunky Gal Mountain (45 minute drive).  We will sift for sapphires and garnets at middle Buck Creek or upper Buck Creek.  Meeting time and location to be announced.​
